v1.11.1

v1.11.1 View on GitHub
Release Bug Fixes Windows Database Cooling Insight PawnIO

What’s Changed

v1.11.1 is a fixes release following v1.11.0. It improves Windows window reopening, database recovery and conversion, and the clarity of Cooling Insight and external-component guidance.

Windows and setup

  • Fixed reopening an elevated Windows app that is resident in the tray when launched again from Start or the taskbar.
  • Suppressed external-component guidance during uninstallation started by the installer.
  • After successful PawnIO setup, defer its guidance for the rest of the session instead of repeatedly asking you to install it before restarting.

Database recovery and conversion

  • Offer Retry first when the selected native database cannot be opened or inspected and the issue may clear on retry. Reset remains available through More Options.
  • Refuse conversion when the SQLite compatibility check fails.
  • Support placing the converted native database on file systems that do not support hard links.
  • Pause cooling baseline pin writes during conversion to preserve their establishment time.
  • Show the conversion completion notice even after navigating away from Settings and returning.
  • Handle conversion task panics without leaving the operation pending.
  • Make the default Process Stats ordering consistent across database engines.

Cooling Insight

  • Restored the colored swatches in timeline legends so readings can be matched to their chart colors.
  • Label sample durations as baseline minutes and recent minutes in the Data State panel.

Addendum: WinGet license display

We confirmed that WinGet displayed MIT for version 1.11.0, while the source for that release declares GPL-3.0-or-later. The submission workflow inherited metadata from an earlier manifest. Starting with 1.11.1, the corrected workflow uses the license declared at the target release tag. This workflow change does not update the existing 1.11.0 manifest.

If the MIT display affected your use of the software, please contact us through the dedicated Discussion.
