Fixes Windows tray reopening, database recovery and conversion, Cooling Insight legend colors, and PawnIO setup guidance. Also corrects automated WinGet license metadata submission.

Adds Cooling Insight for exploring thermal behavior over time, moves hardware history to DuckDB with a guided conversion flow, and adds new power and sensor support.

AMD GPU monitoring support has been added for Windows. Russian language support has been introduced, and several UX improvements including a text selection toggle have been implemented.

The macOS version has been officially released. Additionally, we have added new display items, improved the error handling UI, and fixed minor bugs.

Fixed a bug that caused the app to slow down after using Insights for a long time.

We've polished the UI/UX for the dashboard and auto-updates, plus some minor bug fixes.
